Using my extensive property knowledge, contacts and years of experience I provide a dedicated search specifically tailored to each client in the Central London, Surrey, Hampshire and West Sussex areas.
I only work with a few clients at a time so I am able to focus on specific search requirements making the process targeted, efficient and always discrete.
Most important of all is listening and understanding the clients requirements.
The Process
Initial consultation and formal appointment
A meeting is arranged to discuss the search brief in detail and agree our terms of appointment and fees.
Property Search
A full market search is carried out and all suitable properties previewed. Thereafter a short list is drawn up to view with the client.
Negotiations
When a suitable property has been identified an offer is made and negotiations will continue until terms are agreed for the purchase at the best price possible.
Purchase
When terms have been agreed, due diligence is carried out by the lawyers, surveyors and financial advisors which is closely monitored.
Pre-completion
On the day of completion and before any monies are released, the property is inspected to make sure all is in order.
