Country Property Search
A Bespoke Buying Service for Country Houses and Rural Homes
Finding the right country property is about more than the house itself. The setting, surrounding villages, access, land and lifestyle all play an important part in choosing the right home.
I provide a personal, independent property buying service for clients looking for country houses, village homes and rural properties across Sussex, Hampshire, Surrey and Kent.
Drawing on extensive property knowledge, established contacts and years of experience, I tailor every search to the individual client. Whether you are looking for a characterful period house, a country retreat or a village home within easy reach of London, I help you identify suitable opportunities and make informed decisions.
Finding the Right Location
Choosing the right area is often as important as choosing the property. I help buyers explore locations that suit their priorities, whether that means a traditional village, a rural setting, access to schools and transport, or the space and privacy of a country home.
My search can include properties openly marketed as well as exploring off-market opportunities where available.
A Personal Property Search
My service is tailored to your requirements and can include:
Refining your brief and identifying suitable locations.
Searching for country houses, village homes and rural properties.
Assessing the property, setting and potential suitability for your needs.
Helping you judge value and negotiate with selling agents.
Guiding you through the purchase alongside your solicitor and other professional advisers.
Independent Advice on Your Side
As an independent buying agent, I work for you, the buyer. I provide considered advice, an objective perspective and personal support throughout the search and purchase.
I work with a limited number of clients at any one time, allowing me to provide a discreet, hands-on service focused on finding the right property rather than simply the next available one.
